IT'S BAAAAAAAAACK!!!!

May 21st- It was an eventful first day of Poolball. A total of 6 competitors made their marks in the pool. The pre-season started off with yet another epic duel between the champ Tyler Lemco and long-time rival Alex Perrault. In a picture-perfect game 7, Lemco hit a magical series-clincher when the score was locked up at 6-4. The crushing loss would not be the last of the day for Perrault, as he started the preseason with an overall record of 0-4 (including a defeat at the hands of last year's rookie sensation Stretch Wolofsky (1-1 for the preseason)).
Lemco kept on his winning ways, beating Perrault 3 times and newcomer Justin Lynch twice, making his overall record 5-0. Lynch made an impressive debut, giving the champ a run for his money and showing some great potential to become a serious problem in the PBL. His force around the rim couples nicely with a sweet shooting touch, making the Vancouver-import a dangerous competitor for anyone to face.
After taking a shot at the champ, Lynch took his game to matchup with Poolball elder-statesman Josh Elkin. In their two matches, the duo split one loss and one victory each. Elkin finished the first day of competition with a record of 1-1, while Lynch made an impressive debut that was actually better than what his 1-3 record implies.
Games are scheduled to continue as soon as possible. (Weather Permitting)
